The rooms themselves were outstanding and always cleaned so promptly each day. On behalf of my friends and I, we want to say a big thank you to everyone at super paradise suites for the most amazing holiday!! The location of the hotel is about 20 minutes from the town which is only a taxi or bus journey away so easy to get to but my friends and I actually loved this about the hotel as the location made it more relaxing because it was so peaceful there and the town could be quite busy and hectic at times. They made our holiday a holiday to never forget and we wouldn't hesitate to return. They deserve due credit from the owners of this property. This included the reception staff, the bar staff, the cleaning staff, the restaurant staff.
Every single member of the Super Paradise Suites staff provided us with extremely high levels of hospitality. Personally, we did not have any 'negative' experiences and we were so blown away by the outstanding location and the level of excellent hospitality from the Super Paradise Suites staff that this would well outweigh any small details. loud music from the beach, lack of coat hangers in the room, too expensive etc, etc. We had read some reviews before we travelled and some of these seemed to portray the 'negative' aspects of other holiday makers experiences e.g. Everything we experienced at Super Paradise Suites was outstanding. It was so surreal to be surrounded by lots of people but to feel so tranquil and as if you were the only person there. However, at Super Paradise Suites I had this in abundance despite the fact that many other guests were present. Previously, I have always preferred a villa holiday for lots of reasons (mainly due the like of having my own space). This place has the outstanding 'wow' factor for me. I had an absolutely amazing time at Super Paradise Suites.
